Joy Ride With Bobby Kennedy

It was 1968. I was only four years old, but I remember like it was ---40 years ago. I remember like it was a memory I didn't really have but heard some people talk about. Bobby could hardly find a place for his feet between the dashboard and the seat, but he looked like royalty. Like a homecoming queen with the top down. That was how important people got around in those days. Hanging off the edge of convertibles.

That year, civil unrest was in the air. In support of heedless motorists everywhere, Bobby and his crew racked up more than 150 traffic violations during this trip down the California freeway. Bobby's life was tragically cut short, but somewhere in heaven, he and MLK are riding with the top down.

Obama and Clinton Come Together

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton stunned the world Thursday evening when they emerged from a secret meeting at Dianne Feinstein's home in D.C. bodily transformed into one presidential candidate. Although details of this shocking development remain unclear, it is apparent they underwent some form of bio-genetic fusion process, essentially melding their physiologies and their psychological makeups to form one hideous nominee for the Democratic party's so-called "unity ticket." The implications of this drastic ploy by the two junior senators and the response of voters is not yet known. DNC officials are currently holding emergency meetings and have declined to comment.
