Hi! I'm Simone, my nickname is Mony and I create Monybaloney---cartoons, videos, existential ramblings about the cosmos, etc...assembled from mechanically separated suspect meats. 

I blog about anything I find cool, funny, quirky or far out. Topics have included outer space, psychedelic hippiedom, my obsession with rocks, bad weather, old technology, stuff that's science-y or Kansas-y, ephemera from the late 60's and early 70's.....and more! 

Not content with just one blog, I have four other blogs:  Bohemian Fringe, High Altitude Test Kitchen, Flaming Lips Love and Shimmy Shine Star. If anything strikes a chord with you, leave a comment or subscribe! 

I also co-host a podcast with singer-songwriter Laura Lisbeth (my sister) called Lost Prairie Signal. We talk about life from the center of everything, or the middle of nowhere, as some people describe Kansas.
