This is both a fact and a Flaming Lips tune -- the perfect thing to blast out your car windows on a hot summer day. In this video Wayne explains how the song developed, taking us track by track from what they started out with ----the birds, and "this little organ thing" ----to the elements added later at Dave Fridman's studio that really gives the music its punch---- the drums, the French horns and strings, and the "crazy delayed bass."
